Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every bag of NOIR is roasted fresh after you order. That means your coffee is never sitting in a warehouse waiting to be sold. From the time you place your order, allow 2 to 5 business days for roasting and preparation, plus 2 to 5 business days for shipping depending on your location. Most customers receive their order within 7 to 10 days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We currently ship within the United States.

NOIR is roasted after you order so your coffee does not sit in a warehouse. Most orders are prepared, roasted, and shipped within the standard fulfillment window. For the smoothest routine, subscriptions help keep your coffee arriving before the bag runs low.

 

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Your coffee is delivered automatically on your selected schedule so you never run out. You choose the roast, the size, and how often you want it delivered.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

Yes. You can update, pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account at Manage My Subscription.

 

Coffee

What kind of coffee do you use?

All three NOIR roasts are 100% Arabica, sourced with intention and roasted to order. Clarity is a Kenyan light roast. Harmony is a Uganda single origin medium roast. Bold is a French dark roast. No filler. No blends built to cut costs. Just clean coffee done right.

What sizes are available?

Each roast comes in a 12oz bag available in standard ground or whole bean. For higher volume we also offer 2lb and 5lb whole bean bags.

 

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on opened coffee. But if something is wrong with your order we will make it right. Contact us at hello@drinknoircoffee.com and we will handle it.
