REFUND POLICY

Our standard policy

We do not accept returns on opened coffee products. Coffee is a consumable product and once opened it cannot be resold.

When we will make it right

If any of the following apply to your order contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Your order arrived damaged. You received the wrong product. Your order never arrived and tracking confirms it was lost.

How to contact us

Email hello@drinknoircoffee.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your order arrived damaged include a photo. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days and resolve it quickly.

Subscription orders

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account at drinknoircoffee.com. Cancellations must be made before your next order processes. We cannot issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been roasted and shipped.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong roast and the bag is unopened contact us and we will work something out.
