SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take?

Every bag of NOIR is roasted fresh after you order. Your coffee is never sitting in a warehouse. Here is what to expect after you place your order.

Roasting and preparation takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping takes an additional 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 days of the order date.

This is not fast coffee. It is fresh coffee. There is a difference.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Use that tracking number to follow your order through USPS.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping automatically. No code needed.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
